Not true. More cells with a slower motor will draw less amps and run more efficiently, so an increased runtime may even be the result under the right circumstances. The 2200s are slightly more energy dense than even the gp3700 (weight vs. mah), so with the same weight of these different batteries(more cells, obviously), there would be slightly more energy available, along with the increased efficiency/decreased resistance provided by the higher voltage.
