Is it too fast

I was wanting a nitro car (and probably will still get one) but if i don't want to get one i still want to race in the nitro stadium with my electric stadium. I would be using my xxxt. I was wondering if there is anyway to get it fast enough to keep up with the jato 3.3 maybe in the high 50s low 60s. First is this passable. secondly i have a budget of 400 what should i get to do these speeds. (i know i am crazy but i just want to keep up with the jato in the race i will use the throttle end point adjustment to keep it under 40 mph for racing no more for racing, but for speed runs i want to stay not to far behind the 3.3. If this will not work tell me its cool. Also do you think it would even be worth it and will it be controllable at those speeds. if not i can just go with something else thanks.
