Welcome to the forums!
That ESC is capable of 70A and 18 cells (at 1.2v/cell). Personally, I'd go with a 9XL and run it on 14 or 16 cells. For 12 cells, you might want an 8XL for the added speed. But then the 7018 might be too small current-wise and you'd probably be better of stepping up to the 9920. If you plan on sticking with 12 cells, I would get the Mamba Max controller and the 8 or 9XL motor. |
