All connections are good. The 14 cells were in storage for a month or two. So im equilizing them now & will recharge them & try again in a few minutes. My batteries are matched 14 IB 3800 promatch cells. The individual cell voltage range from 1.187 (lowest) to 1.189 (highest) in both pack's.
