I doubt that it will run 4s even with no BEC. they have a built in over voltage protection that wont let it run on anything higher than what it rated for. Unless there is a way to hack the software I doubt it will run 4s from the sound of it.

What kind of BS is that?

The promising thing is that its rated for 200A continuous, and the on resistance is low, suggesting there is a good number of FETs. OTOH, traxxas is good at overselling thier products, so who knows.

I believe that the "Big Brushless" system destined for the E-Revo and freshened E-Maxx will be coming on the heels of this. That's all good news!
