Firstly excellent thread and great project Brian. I was curious to know what you guys thought of using a Novak BL on nimhs in the CRT .5? I already have many nimh packs (good quality 4200s) and Novak GTB 5.5 system so it would be a fairly thrifty exercise for me, what do you think the performance would be like?

I have a CRT.5, GTB, 6.5, and many nimh packs. I'd like to just get the motor mount and used a hardened steel pinion. What pinion would be recommended to use with the stock spur gear?

Hey Brian any update on this little gem? I'm getting one soon(hopefully by Friday!)
Some questions though: Would a 4s 4000 pack fit? It is 44mm X 137mm X 26mm Would a 4s 5000 pack fit? It is 45mm X 138mm X 40mm This doesn't necessarily mean in your battery tray, but in general, opposite side from the servo. Thanks! Bye:018: |
