thanks for the replies. I'll spend some time looking for truggy videos on the internet.

So in terms of pure performances, the buggy will be first choice, but in terms of off-road capability and pleasure to drive (stability, nice jumps...) the Truggy might be better right?

In fact I'm pretty new to this truggy thing. A while ago I eliminated monster trucks because I thought they were too unstable and always on the roof. Weelies all the time and finally boring to drive. When I first saw these truggies, I didn't catch the difference and didn't get interrested into them... But now I realize they are completely different from monster trucks and seem to be great machines :) !

Main differense between MT and Truggy that truggy have center diff when MT have full 50/50 4WD. Center diff make truck more stable and prevent wheelies.
I am highly recommend to you go to the track and look how real truggys perform and what you like more. Its different classes realy hard make parallels between them only chassis build is similar.
Personaly I like truggy more than buggy. Its handle similar but more stable, on bumpy track its more stable. Bigger wheels looks cooler and body is cool its looks like true car
