I ran it a few times in test with 1 x 9.6v pack, and once with 9.6v packs in series for 19.2v. No melting, Lexan is tough stuff.

very interesting using the lexan - i may have to start with that when i build the motor mount for my jato. how thick is it? looks like maybe 1/4"?
