Let me get this straight: you can move the servo horn, but not the servo, when the horn is attached to the servo? If so, it sounds like either the servo horn is not made for that brand servo, the horn teeth are stripped, or the internal servo gears are stripped.

BTW: When I said to manually move the horn, I meant to do it with the servo mechanically disconnected. Moving the servo can cause damage to the gears.
