I want the motor to power it with 2 packs of Intellect 4200 6 cell.
As jollyjumper has written, i need a brushless with aprox. 35k @ 14 Volt.

Can this be a Hacker C40L with 12 Turns (2500 Kv)?

Is this strong enough?

What speed can it run with this setup (40-45 mph would be enough for me).

Guess anyone?

huummmm c40l, dont know the size of it, do know c50xl is what i would use if i got me a hacker.
