Need a lil BL help

yup, all soldered up neatly.

I just tried it again and it makes a progressingly higher pitched beeping noise then it kinda just makes a soft flat-line toned beep. With each beep it will try and turn the tires but just for a split second. I thought maybe the magnet or something is out of sync so I spun the motor around a few times with everything off and still nothing . . .

It is the magnet. Mine did the same thing. Mine would cog a lot. Sometimes it would work normal and sometimes it would cog and then sounds like something was moving and making a high whining noise. That is when I knew the magnet was to blame.
