I was wondering the same thing, but then I saw the "unshrunk" heatshrink tubes on the wires in the second pic. But yeah, definitely isolate those suckers!

yeah i did shrink them, that would suck to smoke the esc., 3s battery is on its way, and i think i may get the rc-monster chassis once it comes out in the store
