The Feigao 7XL and Warrior 9920 would be an excellent combo. This would run well in your savage with 14-16 cells. Cost is $290. Or, if you feel like going a different route, there is the BigMaxximum and Schulze 18.97kwf. This combo would be powerful on 16-18 cells, but the price is high: ~$700.

The 7XL is quite a powerful motor. It should be able to get your Savage running to your desired speed, with plenty of wheelies too. Since you say that you are willing to spend $800, you may want to invest into some good batteries. The best out are Lithium Polymer batteries. They are lightweight, and very powerful. Only problems are that there is a slight safety hazard (which can be avoided) and they cost ~3 times more than NiMh cells. Let us know if you choose to go this way, and we can tell you more.
