No problem.

Actually, do you plan on locking the tranny in second, or retaining the 2 speed? If you keep the two speed, you can gear it for ~28-30 in first, and then 2nd gear might be able to hit 45. This might be your best bet for the price considering your goal as long as you can live without reverse and using a brake servo...

Yes I got the Tekno conversion that retains the stock Revo trans. I got the forward only control already in it and plan on keeping it a 2 speed. I will be using a servo for the brake. Thanks, as I said I will more than likely just hold off then it is winter here in wisconsin anyways so I can wait. I just got the conversion today and got kind of impatient. I got the front and rear end already transferred over to my 3.3 chassis. Thanks

The highest you can gear with the Tekno setup is 18/34 (for sure) possibly 19/34. If you install the wide ratio gear set you're still only looking at about 40 top speed. Either go up in cells as Brian suggested or get a hotter motor, 8XL or 7XL, if you want to go cheap, or if you want something better, a neu 1515 1Y geared 18/36 with the wide ratio should give you 45mph, if the winds behind you. That's fast though, I can try to get a vid up of my Revo, look at my sig for setup info, it's basically what you are talking about running. I'm pretty happy with it, but I still have the standard ratio, plan on getting the wide ratio soon. I'll try to get the vid up by Fri, if you haven't bought anything yet I'd suggest the neu motor, a 4S pack, and a MM. So your only real expense will be the motor.

Thanks for the info. I think I will go with the Neu that you mentioned and a 4s. I think I will hold out for the MMM though. Any idea when it is to be released?

No idea on the MMM, but the MM can handle the 4S with ease. Unless you're going to eventually go up to 6S the MM should be fine and all you'll need to do is get a BEC. Or run 3S, a hotter Neu, and no BEC, that works too.
