yeah, i was seriously considering those 6mm plugs... you can fit 10 gauge wire into them! but they're super pricey, for just connectors...

I'm using the 5.5mm connectors as well, I have no problems sticking 10 Gauge wires in them.... I got my wires from robotmarketplace.com, they're pertty flexible for 10 gauges.. I have yet to try the 8 gauge, but then I'll have to move everything to 6mm connectors..
