i talked to quark and they told me to send it in with some gearing info and setup info. well se what happens from there. i am hoping for the best.

That is all any of us can do is make the effort and hope for the best. You never know what might happen, you may just get lucky enough to recover with a new setup. Even if that requires some small payment that is better than nothing. Every event is a learning experience. Good luck and let us know how it turns out for you.
