I am in the finishing stages of building my Jammin CRT...it was easy...but I had to use a dremel and cut-off wheel to cut the servo plate. I think Mike's RC8 and XT8 kits come with new servo plates...and probably wouldn't require anything more than assembling like a normal kit.
Battery mounting is the most difficult part.

Cornolio, if you would like, I could build it for you. I love converting em. :) I have most any tool at my disposal, so its not terribly difficult for me.

thanks for the replies.

i was thinking of getting an lsp pro.there are a lot of rollers available at very reasonable prices.is it easy to convert?i know i will need motor mounts,what else am i going to need.i also have 2 lipos 7.4v that i can use.will i use the same spur,clutch from stock?if u guys could provide me links for lsp builds i would apprecite it a lot.ive been searching but only found 2 with not much details

squee.do you have a roller youre not using that doesnt need any more conversions?id be interested.BTW i used to live in the philippines but moved to california
