Yes, MM means mamba max.They're rated at 3s and 12 cells, but lots of people use them on 4s with external bec's. People have used the older ones on 5s and 16 cells. Maxd out (Darren from racing) has been using his maxx on 4s with the MM, since he shorted out his shulze (I don't think I've ever been able to spell that right) the week before the states. When he broke the fan that was on it last time he raced, it started to thermal.
