I would take a Kontronik Jazz 70 Car, it has more car specific programming features than the normal Jazz controllers. Kontronik says it is only good up to 3s Lipo but i was using mine on 5s LiFepo (16V) for more than one year (with built-in BEC!) without problems. This is working because it is using exactly the same hardware as the Jazz 80-6-18, only the software is different. It didn't show any signs of cooging, never got hotter than 130f and when i short-cirquited the built-in BEC, i got a new controller for free. As a second choice, i would take the Quark 65a.
