Rounding is usually done by going to the next highest integer if the fractional part is greater than or equal to 0.5 - otherwise round down. If you want to play it safe, round down.

My calculation for 4s li-po si this one:

3.7v/cell X 4 cells = 14.8volts

14.8volts / 1.45 = 10.2 (i didn't round down, i just keep this number to be the most precise possible)

0.8 X 10.2 = 8.16V
1.16 X 10.2 = 11.83V

8.16V / 4cells = 2.02V
11.83V / 4cells = 2.96V

So if i want a cutoff voltage of 3V / cell, i just do this : 0.8 = 2.04V
? = 3.00V

? = 1.18V

So i set the MGM cutoff in Nixx mode and adjust it at 1.18V

If all is OK, the controller will suppose to cutoff at 3.0V/cell or 12V (1.18V X 10.2 = 12.036V) for the total pack.

I re-read the instruction of the owner manual of my 16018, and the MGM controller don't use the same method of others controller to ""watch'' the cell voltage.
