anyone tried the intellect cells? - 02.10.2005, 11:31 PM

Has anyone tried the new Intellect 3600 cells? They are supposedly as good or better than the current gp3300 batteries (lower IR, etc.) and cheaper as well. I picked up a few to test, but wonder if anyone here has heard anything or perhaps tried them.

So, how were those cells? How about those GP3700s? Are 3800's coming out soon?

We got then soldered up and got a run on them - they seem fine - but as you know they dont really show their colors until charged/discharged a couple times - We will get another couple runs on them tonite

They seem every bit as good as the GPs so far. I will keep running them and see how they hold up over time, but they seem as good as my good gp cells so far.

Maybe I'm gonna be glad I didn't buy the GP3300s from Pro Match yet. $40 for 6 matched cells with a higher voltage and a longer runtime. Looks like I'm gonna end up waiting at least a few more weeks before I hook up the brushless I just bought.

Any chance RC-Monster will have them?

I already have a few packs that I am testing and can/will get some more soon. so far, they seem to be a nice battery for the money. I have to put a few more runs on them, but my initial impression is positive.
