Still missing lipos and an MMM, but it runs! 12 very old and tired nimh and a MM with no ubec. GriffinRu has my MM right now performing his stage 1 mod. lipos get ordered next Friday.
pardon the messy wires, this is just a mockup, they will get cleaned up. temps after 12 mins were batts 114, motor 109, esc 111 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0h4aQhrz_wg
