A pic of your setup would be helpful.

Also are you using a ccbec or a generic bec?

Also do you have a steel spur and pinion?

Both can cause interference, make sure that your antenna wires, and signal wires are routed neatly and parallel to each other. Try to keep the batttery leads and the esc to motor wires away from the other wires. Steel gears can cause noise too. Tidy wiring seems to cure alot of glitching.

Are you using am or fm? If using am going to fm or dsm would be a good idea, and 35 bucks sounds like a steal to me!

Not in the pic is a Turbotronics UBEC I got off E-Bay. It's mounted where the double sided tape is and Rx lead is running right behind tranny then parallel to ESC lead into Rx box.

It's a stock 3905 with the single motor plate on it and power is a Ammo 36-56-2600 inrunner, MM esc, Turbotronics UBEC.
I 1st had it setup with the Mamba bec working and it worked great up to about 100ft and started to glitch. I twisted motor leads and that did nothing. Then I added the UBEC and had same result. I've swithed in two different crystal sets and tried a RC18 Rx that seemd a little better but not much. I should clarify this is all happening on a single 6-cell battery because I'm waiting on my Deans plugs to wire in the 14 cells.
I'm buying a used Losi DSM for $40 shipped and hope it cures it but i'll wait to see.
