Castle CC BEC on a quark 125b -

Would there be any benefit to adding a Castle CC BEC to a Quark Monster Pro 125b? I have one lying around and wanted to put it to use.

If you plan to run more than 3s lipo it will make a big difference in temps. Anything over 2s lipo thru the internal bec will make addl heat, and that is not good...
Alot of Savage parts for sale!!!

Its not just a benefit. Its required for anything over 8 cell NiMH or 3s lipo.
I can't decide if its more fun
to
make
it...
or
break
it...
Silent
...
But Deadly

Thats what it says in the manual.
Anything over that voltage and the BEC will overheat and possibly ruin the rest of the controller with it.
