David, the dual wires is like how the newer Warrior 9920s are. Dual wires allows a bigger amp draw than a single wire. But by the power those things have, you would need two controllers to drive one motor! Let's figure something out here. Say we use the 3060 8t. That's 981kv. To reach 40,000RPMs, you need about 41volts, or about 35 NiMh cells (9-10 Lipo). At 41 volts and 7,000watts output (and 85% efficiency), the motor will pull 200amps!!!
