Yep,although i think they're the same kv in this case.

I'm no expert but from what i've learned in my short time at rc monster is,if you want big power and speed,run as many volts as you can(space/weight/and money permiting),to keep the amp draw down to a level your batts can handle(batts are the limiting factor),run a low kv (also reduces amp draw) and gear up to get the speed.You get more power and better run times this way.
If any of this is wrong i hope to be corrected (i prefer to learn than not ask for fear of looking dumb) but it seems like a sensible philosophy to me.
