Sounds like you need to go back and read the instructions again.
The Low Voltage Cutoff has nothing to do with the CC BEC at all. The ESC doesn't care what the CC BEC is doing, nor does the CC BEC care what the ESC is doing. They are two separate things.
The function of the CC BEC is to take the Receiver/Servo load away from the ESC.
You can not access the CC BEC setup through the ESC if that's what you are asking.
You have to plug the CC BEC into the Castle Link all by itself.
I was looking through the Castle Faq for anything that might help you. #25 in the list is pretty funny.
