I understand that you can't make something that would say what motor to use in a specific app; it's probably not possible. BUT, a guide that tells you how to choose a motor, and gears, and stuff would be nice. I mean, how many times can you post questions and bother people with the same stuff, ya know? It's great that people here will answer with good suggestions, but I want to know how THEY know, so I can know too.

I want to be able to pick out my own stuff without having to post a question every time I have a new idea.

yep, the people on this forum are amazing, if I ever choose to grow up I want to be just like them!
