Well, yesterday I completely stripped down the chassis, cleaned it, stripped the annodizing, polished it up with some aluminum polish (pretty ), put it all back together, loctited the hell out of it, screwed everything down tight (stripped a hole out of the motor way too easily), and let it sit overnight just to make sure the loctite was dry.

Took it out this morning to try it and stripped the spur. This spur was kinda messed up already so I'm going to try to pick up a new one sometime (cant this weekend though) and see if it works. Also, I put the chassis brace back on thinking maybe this could stop some flex if that is possibly the problem (haven't been jumping but I'm running out of ideas). Hopefully this will work but i'm kinda doubting it seeing how quick it stripped the spur this morning.

Does anyone else have any ideas? Possibly a steel spur?

Also, the little shaft that the wheel is bolted on to that comes out of the axel carrier (can't think of the name right now) snapped off leaving me with a 3-wheel revo . I didn't even hit anything! I jumped off a curb at ~15-20 mph and my wheel just falls off.

the shaft that you lost is called the axle stub, and instead of breaking you could have lost the pin that keeps the axle stub connected to the driveline, if it did break than you will need to replace the driveline

Thanks! I had a brain fart for a little while. It definately broke just a few mm past the pin that keeps the wheel adapters from spinning. I was afraid I'd have to replace the entire thing. I looked on the parts list and didn't see one by itself. This is about to become more trouble than its worth. I just want to play with my truck!

here is a link for the stub, they connect to the driveline using the same pin that you use to place in the hex wheel hub
