Assembling diffs is not that hard actually. If you went with the Hot Bodies, those are the easiest diffs I have put together....The UE's are now even not that hard. The hardest part about the UE's IMO is shimming the bevel gear to the ring gear. Usually though, depending on the cases you use, it takes approx 3 of the thin washers that are included with the UE diffs to shim them. The other gears come with shims that should be about exact fit to shim.

Other than that, diffs are fun to build, one of my favorites. The thing I hate most are shocks!!!
