I read a build the other day that says you can use a standard revo shaft for the rear and a 3905 rear for the front.

I've got my gear on its way :) I'll be running a single motor, so I got the single motor plate mount for the 3905 tranny - looks like itll stick the motor in the middle. 6s2p A123 here we come :)

yes this sounds like the best bullet proof setup along with the innards of the 3905 diff's....and eventually I will be going this way soon as I get tired of playing with the twin v's and they finally release the combo MMM

UPDATE

yes I got my stock 3.3 revo shafts and one of them worked on the rear of my truck the other was too short (good spare lol) so I ordered a set of center shafts from a 3905 to use the longer one for my front

so your read was right Sammus
