OK I'm alittle lost. I sold my vxl motor and setup not the new mega motor. So I screwed up becuse the mega motor I got 22/30/1 is not as good as the vxl motor? What is the differences?

I swear you said you sold the Mega motor. That is one good motor and you can make great things happen with it .
