Tekno RC Neu Motors and Brushless Kits

The idea looks good. I would be interested to see what it weighs. Looks like it my be a bit on the heavy side, when you factor in the 2 piece motor mount, clutch assy, brake servo and other parts.

Personally I would prefer Mike's slipperential and a solid pinion. That provides better control for me, and the slipper would give the motor some shock resistance. The tekno battery tray looks good, a make my own trays that work in a similar fashion. For the price the conversion looks good. I really like the neu motors. Larger bearings and a sealed can, I have a feeling that tekno will sell a few of these, until the castle neu motors come out...
