Same here... it's big and not too cheap but it does work very well.

I also have done ok running cheapie ones like from TrueRC.

I still haven't tried a CCBEC

I have run the cheapo chinese ones that UH sells, and the ccbec. The ccbec is alot less "noisy", so placement of it is not so critical. The cheaper ones may require some moving around on the chassis to get the best performance/least interference. For the price the ccbec is great.
