Well there you have it! 6s vrs 4s. The 6s will provide you with you speed @ 22.2v and or 2s 16000mAH will provide you with LONG runtimes. (for what it's worth) I get around 15 minutes of run time out of my 6s (2x3s 5400) Venom Lipos. depends on your driving habits too.

Check out the link below, it allows you to customize your setup (Spur, Pinion, Voltage, etc) this should help you a lot in your quest for a happy medium.

The 1515.1y is a 4s motor,

If you want to run 6s (with no heat or Voltage issues) you may need to look at either the 1515 1.5y or 1515 3d
