This is an interesting theory, I currently have about 10 working rcs and 30 or so projects. Some are rollers, some are boxes of parts, some are stock waiting to be welded up, and others are just ideas! I am on a 10th scale kick right now, so I will get 5 or 6 of them running and clean, then go back to finishing my MT selection. If I could spend 2-3 hours a day working on them, I could most likely finish it all in 6 months. Sadly I may get 8-10 hours a week, so it will take much longer! And I keep buying stuff...

I wish I could be more organized like you guys, my life is chaos, but that is ok for me!

You can send some this way. I'll build them drive them and break the for you then fix them and return as working. I could pull the "Honey, but they are not mine!"

thanks for the quitting smoking support guys. I have tried several times before with no luck, this time is different, i will not let myself have one. I will go curl up in a corner with the detox tremors for hours and just take it (nightly experience for the past 2 weeks)

TexasSP you are right, there is no last cigarette. and I will show my geekdom and quote my favorite movie character now. "Do or do not... there is no try."

I am choosing "Do" this time. Maybe no rc's this weekend is a good thing, I tend to smoke when I bash. lol.

Thanks for letting me slip though the cracks Castle! you may have just aided my efforts, but please, oh please do not do it again! A working MMM here by next weekend would be nice ;) I can only handle so much RC withdrawal along with nicotine withdrawal.

No I did not use that for the 3rd. I gave up the ramp for the 3rd. No more 3 story high truck smashing jumps for me. lol I hope I get my call back soon, I'd really like to know why they have not shipped my replacement when I called early Monday morning.

edit: pardon my frustrations, they are not right, just a combination of nicotine withdrawal, a horrible week at work, my condo flooded with raw sewage on Monday, and bad rc luck has my rationality askew.

Looks like I slipped through the cracks. Bernie said they will get one out to me. Here's hoping by next weekend.

Good luck on the smoking ban dickyt. I quit 4 years ago this month and it was the hardest but best thing I ever did. I had smoked for over 12 years. Regaining your sense of smell is a wondrous thing. The main thing I had to get through my mind is that there is no reason to start smoking again and no such thing as just one or one last cigarette. It's hell for the first two weeks, a little better the next two, then it gets easier and easier every week after.

Mine took about 8 minutes to go, so I think it varies.
