I have the 9L and I have run it on 3s. It seems to run hotter on 3s than on 4s no matter how I gear it, but im beginning to think that the rotor is demagged. The motor spins with almost no resistance. It's decent powerwise however. Setup is a Losi 8ight, MM and a kokam 3s 3200 mah pack. Total setup weight rtr was somewhere between 6.5 - 6.8 lb.
