Really? I think you are full of it jhautz I don't notice any performance drop at all, in fact, my 7s1p pack seems to get equal power all the way through... I attribute this to the fact that it warms up a bit and that is why the performance holds up all the way through.

BTW, you have to remember that lipo's are only being discharged to ~90% DOD, and A123's are 100%...

No... I'm not kidding. I can always tell about a minute before they are about to dump. I can just feel that edge drop off and I can say without fail when they are about dead. I typically just stop running when I feel this and recharge rather than pushing them to the edge.
