RCM does sell some suitable center shafts, try these: clicky, same as i run on my truck.

On the tower front, you have but a few options, but they are nice ones thankfully:

Nova RC

DUH

With the DUH website, you can use the maxx ones, or the low profile dominator hybrid towers- may need to use shorter shocks though like 1/8 buggy fronts.

Dont know about other bodies though, you'd need to compare wheel bases, and definately drill some new body post holes. On the body post issue, you can make your own by buying some nylon rod the correct diameter, then cross drill it with holes in the desired locations so you can have the bodies really low. The old tmaxx and emaxx bodeis fit, though the wheel arches dont line up, or the new emaxx and tmaxx bodies will fit nicely, same too with the revo 3.3 spec bodies, though you may still need to drill new body post holes.
