The FETs on the one I have are the NXP PHK31NQ03L. I have suggested another FET from NXP that seems a lot better as it has much less resistance then the ones there now. I have also suggested 3 or more powerboards to handle higher current. I will post some pictures of what I will do to the unit I have. Good thing my Schulze 18.97 failed as I'm going to use the heat sink from it and the fan from my Novak HV controller. I'll probably do a little box to fit the controller in and use some left over capacitors to make a big capacitor bank to see if it can help in the heat issue. John, I'm very impressed with this controller. All the safety features works, it went into the 50% power before it hit the Thermal cut off. The switching BEC works like a champ.
