Mine showed no signs. it was going and then it just stopped.


23 days tobacco today too! i had got in the habit of doing 10 pushups every time I want a ciggy and walking 5 miles every evening. It is still a dialy battle, but as Patrick said it is getting easier!

10 push ups everytime you have a craving...you must be on the ground a lot...

I ran my 13lb, 8XL/4s/Monster powered Savage this weekend and went through 2 4900mah packs of very hard bashing with no problems (knocks on wood). So far, so good!
