Although, factory brushless buggies will really help the push of brushless overall and brushless racing which makes me happy, I am also a little disappointed at the same time that my rc's won't be as unique anymore.
For example, the Traxxas E-Revo and a converted Revo are completely different because of the chassis. But with buggies/truggies, there are only so many ways in which you can convert them. So having a converted buggy/truggy will be pretty much the same as having a factory made BL buggy.
Finally. Main stream. Thats what this class needs. As soon as one does it, the rest will follow in short order. The electric 1/8 class is on the verge now. Not really a big Losi fan, but any one of the major manufacturers finally jumping into the game will be very good for the electric side of the sport. VERY GOOD.
I can't decide if its more fun
to make it...
or break it...

I imagine the rest of the major companies are probably at the same stage of development on their large scale electrics as Losi is. It'd be hard for me to believe that they haven't noticed the huge movement to brushless yet. It's not really something you can ignore.

Yeah and Associated are real good at keeping all their projects under sheets
