While we're on the basic subject, can i use that same adapter to set my CCBEC to run at 6v instead of 5.1v?

I would imagine so, as long as you can change it from a PC.

yes and do it before you connect the BEC to the wiring if you do it after it can confuse the program about whether to link to the ESC or the BEC

Oh, so everytime you want to program the BEC you have to un-solder the battery wires? Does this also work with the ESC then?

If you want to program the bec unplug the bec from the receiver and plug it into the castle link. If you want to program the MMM, unplug the MMM from the receiver and plug it into the castle link. There won't be any confusion that way. Nothing will need to be de-soldered either. The receiver wire on the bec or MMM should not be connected to the receiver in any way when programming via castle link.

Have I missed something?
