Winter driving question

I ran my Revo 3 or 4 times this winter in the snow when I went on snowboarding trips, and always used Saran wrap around the whole chassis. Nothing ever overheated or fried or anything. It worked perfectly for me. But as Gee said though, it was a pain to take off the Saran wrap to take out the batteries...
