Actually it does now. My feedback went from 100% to 98.3% because of 2 neutrals I received over 7 months ago . I've never had a negative score on my record in the 4+ years selling on ebay, but mine still got hurt.

As for rctech... its a hit and miss classified forum. There are a lot of great sellers and buyers there, but there are also a surprisingly high number of scammers/dumb kids on that site. I try not to deal with kids on that site since they seem to cause the most trouble. I've been screwed over more than once by kids, since most have not learned about responsibility yet. I'd still rather deal with ebay most of the time.
