Dude that is an excellent house!! Congrats. That mountain looks great! After R/C I boulder or in New Orleans (since there are no boulders) I urban climb. I think you have a great home.

wow, that's a great first house!! i'd say it's probably better on average than most people's first homes!
i just bought a house 2 weeks ago (my first one too - mine's not nearly as nice as i bought it alone lol) and know about sacrificing r/c's. i thinned the herd down to just my xray xt8...  anyhow, congrats!
