New LiPo Set arrived - only one word ...

I'm really intrested in Lipos but don't know about the cells and voltage of them?

I use the Great Planes Triton, Lipo charging specs':
1-4 Lithium-Ion or Lithium-polymer cells (3.6 - 14.8V Li-Ion/Li-Po)

So if I wanted to run equivalent to 18 cells? What would I need, whats 2S, 4S etc' mean?
