I converted a Super Nitro RS4 a couple years ago,EXCELLENT chassis to work with. The width and long wheelbase make a very stable topspeed runner and handle almost as good as an 1/8 scale onroad car.I kept mine single speed though.

Thanks for the suggestions. I am going to convert it to a one speed, i think the transmission was shot though. i got everything off the chassis for some much needed cleaning. This thing has been sitting in a box for some years. I got some of the hard parts solved. I drew up and dremelled out the front mount for the motor. i will be working on the rear once I get the other motor out of the donor. I finally think I have found a car that can handle a lipoed Mamba 7700. More to come.

Finally finished - 08.07.2008, 11:47 PM

I finally worked out the issues with this conversion. Thanks to the mod1 pinion, I ditched the 2 speed for the single, and hooked to a MM 7700, it is a beast. I am working on the fit and finish but should be at the track very soon.
