to me it sounds like you dont want to turn a wrench, if thats the case you would be better off selling your 3.3 and buying a E Revo and staying with the twin Titan motors and running them on NiMh...I like the extra weight of the 3.3 chassis it make it a bit more stable when you are running off road

Not necessarily, but I don't have tons of time to do it, nor do I have tons of cash. I would enjoy converting the 3.3, but if it's going to cost me another $800 - $1,000, then all the wrenching in the world can't overcome the lack of funding! LOL If I could do a conversion for the same relative price as buying an E-Revo, then I probably will.

If I can use my existing NiMh batts, then I'm really only looking at motor/ESC combo and some hardware (conversion kit, batt trays, etc), correct? Say the Novak or similar combo is $275, and a conversion kit is $125, then I am in the ballpark of an E-Revo. If that kind of combination would give me roughly the same speed as the E-Revo, then I would do it (I like the idea of the heavier chassis myself). If it would be slower than that, I'd probably just buy the E-Revo. I don't really need it to be faster, that just means it crashes that much harder when I drive it!
