With it being 20mm diameter, it's smaller than most motors folks are running in the Vendetta, Mini Quake and Rages these days. 28mm diameter is more the norm for big power.

Also, the difference is that the Now is geared to run 40mph on 3S with that 5000kv motor. I've got my Mini Quake doing about 38mph on 2S in my Mini Quake with temps under 110F for the motor. Running 3S on the setup I have would be more what I would consider "overkill".
